My name is Angeliki Garoufali, I am a librarian, and I work at the library and Information Centre of the University of Thessaly (Geopolis). I hold two postgraduate degrees, in the Management of Cultural Units (EAP) and in Information Management in a digital environment (International Hellenic University). My main research interests focus on Learning Commons, educational programs of libraries and cultural organizations, Collaborative Learning, Social-Emotional Learning and Critical Information Literacy. I am a PhD Candidate at the Department of Early Childhood Education of the University of Thessaly since 2022, and my PhD research is on: “Combining Learning Commons and Connected Learning in library spaces: Their contribution to the learning needs of young people in the 21st century”.
