I have been serving in Public Education since 2001 as a kindergarten teacher. My school of assignment is the 1st Kindergarten of Agria, Volos. I completed my postgraduate studies in 2020, participating in the Postgraduate Program of the Preschool Education Department at the University of Thessaly, titled: ‘Educational Sciences: Pedagogical play and Educational materials in early childhood’. My thesis was titled: ‘Utilizing the portfolio in kindergarten as a means to promote children’s metacognitive processes.’ Since April 2023, I have been a PhD candidate in the Preschool Education Department at the University of Thessaly. My research focuses on ‘Approaching Educational Commons in Public Preschool Education: an Action Research’.
